This is a step by step guide on how to enable 2FA on NewsCrypto platform.
1. Navigate to the profile section on the web platform is simply click this link. Click on the Setup 2FA button.
2. Start the setup with opening one of preferred authenticators and scanning the QR code.
Input the generated token from the authenticator and click Verify.
3. Create the back up tokens by clicking Generate backup tokens.
4. IMPORTANT: Carefully write down the backup codes and store them in a safe place. It's best to store them offline (for example, by writing them on a piece of paper), as anyone that got access to them could compromise your account.
Also, please keep in mind that these codes are the only way to recover your account in case you lose your 2FA device. If you lose both the 2FA device and the codes, you may permanently lose access to your account and any funds stored on it.
5. You will be requested to enter OTP code when making a withdrawal, staking entry or login the NewsCrypto web platform.
NOTE: You will also have to confirm withdrawals and staking entries with Email verification code that will be sent to your web platform registration email.
